UK: financial regulation reform - creating the FCA's Handbook

The Financial Services Authority published a consultation paper yesterday titled The Financial Services Bill - Implementing markets powers, decision making procedures and penalties policies: see here (pdf). The paper contains proposed amendments to the FSA Handbook as part of the preparations for the creation of the Financial Conduct Authority's Handbook. For general information about the changes being made to the FSA Handbook, and the creation of new Handbooks for the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority, see here.
