UK: FSA and Bank of England consultation - complaints against the regulators

Part 6 of the Financial Services Bill currently before Parliament requires the Financial Conduct Authority, Prudential Regulation Authority and Bank of England to establish, as part of their accountability mechanisms, arrangements for the investigation of complaints against them. Yesterday a joint consultation paper was published by the Financial Services Authority and Bank of England setting out details of the proposed complaints scheme: see here (pdf).
