Hong Kong: Companies Ordinance - consultation on subsidiary legislation (phase two)

Hong Kong's new Companies Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council in July this year (a copy of the Ordinance, as published in the Hong Kong Gazette, is available here). The first of two consultations concerning the subsidiary legislation required by the new Ordinance began at the end of September: see here.
