The Community Interest Company (Amendment) Regulations 2012 were laid before Parliament last week and come into force on 1 October: see here or here (pdf). The purpose of the Regulations is to fully reinstate the requirement for the directors of a community interest company to delivery a copy of the community interest company report to the registrar.
