New Zealand: Financial Markets Conduct Bill - Commerce Committee report published

The Financial Markets Conduct Bill received its first reading earlier this year and was subsequently referred to the Commerce Committee for consideration. The Committee published its report earlier this month and has recommended that the Bill be passed subject to various amendments: see here.
