France: listed company AGMs - AMF final recommendations

Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), the financial regulator, formed a working group last year to consider the functioning of listed company general meetings in France. Earlier this year the group published a report and recommendations for consultation: see here (pdf, French) and here (pdf, summary in English).
