Europe: CRA regulatory technical standards published in the Official Journal

The first regulatory technical standards on credit rating agencies have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union: see here. These standards set out, amongst other things, the information CRAs must provide to the European Securities and Markets Authority as part of the registration process.
