UK: Governance Code for the Voluntary and Community Sector (smaller organisation version)

In October last year, a governance code for the voluntary and community sectors was produced on behalf of a steering group formed by the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, the National Council for Voluntary Organisations and the Small Charities Coalition: see here (pdf).
