Singapore: MAS publishes revised corporate governance code

Earlier this year the Corporate Governance Council, formed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, published a consultation paper (here, pdf) containing proposed changes to the Corporate Governance Code to which listed companies are subject on a comply or explain basis. The Council has now finalised its recommendations: a copy of the revised Code is available here (pdf) and a feedback statement from the Council is available here (pdf).
