He also stated that the FRC would this month announce its response to the consultation it undertook regarding Lord Davies' recommendation that companies should publish their policies on gender diversity and their progress towards recruiting more women to senior board level roles.

UK: FRC chief executive reviews last year's revisions to the UK Corporate Governance Code
In a speech delivered last month, the chief executive of the Financial Reporting Council, Stephen Hadrill, commented on the impact of last year's changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code: see here (pdf).
