The Department for Business, Innovation and Skills has published a draft of the Companies (Reporting Requirements in Mergers and Divisions) Regulations 2011: see here (Word). The purpose of the Regulations is to implement EU Directive 2009/109/EC which makes amendments to four earlier Directives: the Second, Third and Sixth Company Law Directives as well as the Cross-Border Merger Directive.
