Ireland: the IFIA governance code for Irish domiciled collective investment schemes

The Irish Funds Industry Association has published a corporate governance code for Irish domiciled collective investment schemes: see here (pdf). It should also be noted that the Financial Regulator has recently consulted on the corporate governance requirements for credit institutions and insurance undertakings: see the consultation paper here (pdf) and the responses here.
