UK: concerns over shortage of non-executives are misplaced says FRC chief executive

In a letter published in yesterday's Financial Times newspaper, the chief executive of the Financial Reporting Council, Mr Stephen Haddrill, described as "misplaced" the claim that the new UK Corporate Governance Code would lead to a shortage in non-executive directors.
