The Financial Supervision Commission has announced that the Companies (Amendment) Act 2009 will come into force on 1 September 2009. The Act makes changes to companies legislation with regard to prospectuses, registration of charges, accounting provisions, treasury shares and the Limited Liability Companies Act 1996.
