Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2009 was laid before
Parliament on 2 June; a copy was published on

here. The purpose of the Order is to extend the scope of the
Financial Service Authority's regulatory ambit to include sale and rent back agreements. Some of the Order's provisions are already in force; others come into force on 30 June 2010: see
