UK: FSA proposes continuation of short selling disclosure regime

The Financial Services Authority has published a consultation paper in which it proposes extending its short selling disclosure regime in respect of the stocks of certain UK financial institutions. No expiry date is given for the extension however the FSA notes that it does not intend its disclosure regime to become permanent.
