The
Bankers' Pensions (Limits) Bill was
introduced in the House of Commons on 10 March. It is a
private members' bill introduced by
Ann Clwyd. A copy of the Bill was published on the
Parliament website on 12 June: see

here (pdf). The Bill is scheduled to have its
second reading on 3 July but is unlikely to become law. Its purpose is to provide for the forfeiture in certain circumstances of the pensions of directors of banks wholly or partly in public ownership.
