A new Corporate Governance Network has been created as part of the Social Sciences Research Network. The aim of the CGN is to "provide a worldwide, online community for research in all areas of corporate governance, following the model of other subject matter networks within SSRN". The CGN's founding director is Lucian A. Bebchuk, William J. Friedman and Alicia Townsend Friedman Professor of Law, Economics, and Finance, at Harvard Law School. Note: there has been some reorganisation of the links on right of this page. A new section - academic groups and research networks - has been created. Further changes will take place soon to divide thematically the very long list of links.
