Companies House has published an updated version of guidance booklet GBA3: accounts and accounting reference dates: see here (HTML) or here (PDF). This booklet applies to accounting periods beginning on or after 6 April 2008 and provides an overview of three topics: accounting reference dates, preparing and filing accounts and the content of accounts.
