UK: The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008

On 7th October, The Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2008 were laid before Parliament. The Regulations come into force on 31 October and amend the Statutory Auditors and Third Country Auditors Regulations 2007 in order to align them with European Commission Decision 2008/627/EC.
